Prepared and cooked on our premises
We are known at The St Ives Food Company for our speciality cooked meats, prepared and cooked on our premises. Traditional hams with no added water or preservatives can be glazed with one of our own recipes or a glaze of your choice.
We also cook our own Cornish silverside of beef, Cornish roast pork and Cornish ham. All of our meats can be supplied as whole, sliced into 500g packs or pre-packed, ready for retail sale.
As well as packaging our traditional meats, we also offer the same service on a good selection of Continental meats such as Spanish Solariego chorizo, Serrano and Proscuitto ham and Danish salami.
