Fresh meat in a range of flavours
Fresh Cornish sausages in a range of different flavours are also hand-made on the premises. New flavours were introduced for the Christmas period and proved to be so popular that we added the new flavours to our available range, providing more choice. The flavours range from the traditional Cornish and Cumberland sausages to sun-dried tomato and fresh basil, fresh rosemary and red wine and also our Mexican variety to name a few. The sausages are also available to buy loose or can be pre-packed ready for retail sale.
We supply a good selection of Cornish and English bacon such as the popular rindless-back bacon, smoked rindless-back bacon and streaky bacon. Also, gammon steaks and whole gammons are available, prepared and ready to cook.
